Made with high-quality chocolate shortcrust pastry, these modern, buttery mini tartlet shells are delicately pressed to create a sturdy yet crumbly base that beautifully complements sweet fillings.

Each shell is enhanced with a thin, invisible moisture-resistant coating that protects against absorption, helping maintain crispness and freshness—even when filled in advance. The subtle chocolate flavor of the crust allows ganache, mousse, pastry cream, fruit, and specialty fillings to truly shine. Ingredients: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), BUTTERFAT (MILK) (EU) 19%, sugar, white sugar (sugar and starch potatoes), shea fat, cocoa powder (EU) 4%, FREE-range EGGS, water, coconut oil, skimmed cocoa powder 1%, table salt, flavouring.

Dietary Notes: 

Directions: Ready to use. Can be filled and frozen for future use.

Tips & Tricks: For cold or hot applications. For hot fillings place tarts 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven at 170 C.

Storage Conditions: Keep box closed. Store at room temperature (59-68 F, 10-25 C) protected from direct sunlight, humidity and odors.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
