Pastry 1 Creme Brulee Mix (2.2lb) one-step powdered preparation creates delicious and consistent custard for making creme brulee or use in cakes and other desserts. Easy and convenient to produce. Allows for cost and time savings compared to scratch preparation.

Pack Size: One 2.2lb resealable bag.

Storage Conditions:Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); keep in an airtight container after opening.

Ingredients: Sugar, modified starch, natural flavoring, carageenan, natural coloring, lactoflavine, salt.

Yield: 1 Bag of Creme Brulee Mix (1kg/ 2.2lb) = Qty 50 - 4oz portions.

Directions:
500g Heavy cream
300g Milk
150g Creme Brulee Mix
Combine and bring to a boil. Pour into heat resistant molds and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. Caramelize with sugar prior to serving.

Enhanced Recipe:
700g Heavy cream
100g Creme Brulee Mix
1/2 Gahara Vanilla Bean
Combine and bring to a boil. Pour into heat resistant molds and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. Caramelize with sugar prior to serving.

To use as an inclusion:

120g Creme Brulee Mix
1/2 Gahara vanilla bean
Combine and bring to a boil. Pour into heat resistant molds and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. Then freeze.
