Ingredients: 

Dietary Notes: May contain traces of soy and milk.

Preparation: Shake well and keep the product at room temperature (around 77F/25C) for at least two hours before using.

Applications: To color and decorate cold food surfaces, desserts, and/or mousses and semifreddo.

Directions: Shake can before use. From about 8 inches away, spray a thin and homogeneous layer of velvet spray on the surface of the product. Wait at least one hour before consuming. After use, turn spray can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clear nozzle. Clean nozzle with hot water after use or if product isn't spraying evenly.

Storage Conditions: At room temperature. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 122F/50C.

Maximum Dosage: 17.9% by weight of final product.
