Irca Reno X Latte Milk Chocolate 33% (11 lb) combines the sweetness of milk with notes of caramel and rich cocoa. With its mid-range fluidity and creamy milk chocolate flavor, it is versatile and great for many confectionery uses, including mousse, ice cream, ganache, cream fillings, nougat, cremino, decorations, and gelato, but can also be used in preparing bonbons, enrobing, bars, and pralines and more.
