Cacao Noel Lactee 35% milk couverture chocolate is imported from France and made from pure cocoa butter, providing fast, even melting and simple tempering. Great for molding, dipping, enrobing, decor, and more.

Composition: Sugar 38%, Cocoa mass 38%

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.

Ingredients: Cocoa min. 38%; Cane sugar; cocoa butter; milk powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier; soy lecithin. Contains: milk, soy.

Dietary Notes: Contains milk and soy.

Directions: Melt using typical tempering methods.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
