Valrhona Equatoriale 35% Grands Crus Blend milk chocolate is deliciously creamy, with a light, bright hue and delicate smoothness.Equatoriale Milk is great for moulding, chocolate bars, mousse, cremeux, ganache, ice cream, and sorbets, but is exceptional for enrobing.
