Ingredients: Sugar 62%, water, lemon juice from concentrate, pectin, potassium sorbate, vegetable oils (coconut, palm)
Additional Notes: Pasteurized
Applications: Glazing fruit tarts, cakes, danish, etc.
Directions: Add 50% water and heat to a boil. Apply with a brush or spray gun.
