Raspberry Jam is a beautiful ruby red raspberry pectin-stabilized jam without raspberry seeds. It is pasteurized, spreadable, and bake-proof.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight.
Ingredients: Sugar, red raspberries (red raspberries 13%, red raspberry puree from concentrate 10%), glucose syrup, dextrose, water, sorbitol, apple pectin, citric acid (acidifier), coloring foods (concentrates of sweet potato, radish, apple, safflower and lemon), sodium citrate, artificial raspberry flavor, potassium sorbate (preservative), sunflower oil.
