Pastry 1 Apricot Cristal Glaze is translucent and amber-colored with light apricot flavor and beautiful shine. Apply by brush or spray to glaze items like tarts, cakes, and danish.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72 F, 20- 22 C)
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, water, apple pulp, pectin, citric acid, sodium benzoate, natural and artificial flavor, tricalcium phosphate, sodium and calcium alginate, coloring (FDand C Yellow #6 and FDand C Yellow #5)
Directions: Add 10 to 15% water by weight. Combine and bring to a boil. Allow a few minutes to set before use.
