Hero Strawberry Jam is a delicious, pink marmalade with real strawberry pieces. It is pasteurized, spreadable, and bake-proof. Use as a filling for croissants, danish, tarts, and more.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight.

Ingredients: Sugar, strawberries, strawberry puree, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, natural and artificial flavor, red 40.

Additional Notes: Fruit content: 15.2%

Applications: As a filling for danish, croissant, cakes, sandwich cookies, etc.
