Valrhona Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Gianduja 34% (2.2kg/1lb) has the authentic taste of real, roasted hazelnuts combined with decadent dark chocolate. It's semi-solid texture makes it easy to cut and use in a variety of confections, enrobe with chocolate, or melt for flavoring other mixtures.
Composition: Cocoa 28% (min), Milk 3%, Hazelnuts 33%, Sugar 33%, Fat 41%
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air-tight after opening.
Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnuts 34%, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract.
Dietary Notes: May contain traces of egg, soy, and gluten.
Applications: Primarily used as a flavoring.
Directions: Typically melted and then incorporated into a mixture.
