This smooth, nut-forward gianduja delivers a balanced cocoa profile with deep roasted notes and a creamy mouthfeel ideal for pastry and confectionery applications.

Its semi-solid texture makes it easy to cut, portion, and shape for efficient production. It can be enrobed in chocolate for pralines and bonbons or gently melted to flavor ganache, mousses, buttercreams, and dessert fillings. Composition: 70% Chocolate, 30% Hazelnuts, 47% Sugar

Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, lechithin (soy), milk.

Dietary Notes: Kosher Dairy. May contain traces of almond.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air-tight after opening.

Applications: Primarily used as a flavoring.

Directions: Typically melted and then incorporated into a mixture.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
