Valrhona Azelia 35% milk chocolate is deliciously indulgent with notes of roasted hazelnut blended with cocoa and sweet milk. With a beautiful warm brown hue, it is great for molding and wonderful when used for bonbons, bars, ganache, entremets, ice cream, and sorbet. This chocolate is very similar to Gianduja but is conveniently in feves form instead of block form.
