Callebaut Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Gianduja 25% (11lb) is a delicious and creamy mixture of Callebaut milk chocolate and pure, medium roasted hazelnut paste. It's semi-solid texture makes it easy to cut and use in a variety of confections, enrobe with chocolate, or melt for flavoring other mixtures.
Composition: 35% Hazelnuts, 30.2% Sugar
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier:soya lecithin. May contain: other nuts
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air-tight after opening.
Applications: Primarily used as a flavoring.
Directions: Typically melted and then incorporated into a mixture.
Chocolate is in block form; we are not responsible for breakage during shipping.
Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
