This unique chocolate is made with raw sugar panela artisanally produced from the community of Pacto, Ecuador, to maintain its nutrients, minerals, vitamins and proteins. The corn is sourced from providers located on the Ecuadorian Andes. Its beautiful caramel color, balanced taste, fluidity, and versatility make it an alluring option for a variety of applications.
