Crafted with artisanally produced raw sugar panela from the community of Pacto, Ecuador, this distinctive chocolate preserves natural nutrients while delivering depth of flavor and a beautiful caramel hue.
With 16% panela sugar, 6.5% roasted corn, 28% whole milk, and 41% fat, this innovative white chocolate offers balanced sweetness, smooth texture, and exceptional versatility. Its 3+ drop fluidity ensures excellent workability for professional kitchens, making it ideal for molding, enrobing, chocolate bars, ganache, mousse, ice cream, and plated desserts. Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
