Pastry 1 Tiramisu Cream Mix is an instant preparation of cream mix used in the production of tiramisu. Simply combine mix with heavy cream for a delicious cream for tiramisu or other applications. This mix allows for consistent, quick preparation resulting in both time and cost savings.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); once opened, store in an airtight container.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, sweet cream powder, sugar, food starch-modified, emulsifier (mono-and diglycerides of edible fatty acids [includinglactic acid] with propylene glycol mono-anddiesters of fats and fatty acids, corn syrupsolids, soy flour), natural cheese flavor.
Dietary Notes: Kosher Dairy. This product contains milk and soy.
Directions: Combine Tiramisu Mix and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Using whisk attachment, mix for 30 seconds on low speed, scrape sides of bowl and continue to mix on high speed until soft peaks form (approx. 2-4 minutes). Keep prepared Tiramisu cream refrigerated. To complete classic Tiramisu dessert, arrange a mild with sponge cake/lady fingers/biscuits soaks in coffee and top with Tiramisu cream, repeat process for another layer. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve cold. Tiramisu cream is freezer-proof.
