Valrhona Satilia 62% dark chocolate, made specifically for coating bonbons, is slightly bitter with roasted notes of almond and rich cocoa. Exceptional for coating, Satilia can also be used for molding, bars, mousse, crémeux et ganache, ice creams, and sorbets.
