Cacao Noel Royal 64% dark couverture chocolate is made from pure cocoa butter, providing fast, even melting and simple tempering. Great for molding, dipping, enrobing, decor, and more.

Composition: Sugar 35%, Cocoa mass 64%

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.

Ingredients: Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.

Dietary Notes: Contains soy.

Directions: Melt using typical tempering methods.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
