PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Roxy & Rich Violet Water Soluble Powder Color is perfect for coloring water-based food products like sugar work, macaroons, icing, cake, and creams. Powder color creates intense hues with a matte finish and limits color bleeding when several colors are side by side. Water-soluble food color is obtained by dissolving the powder in water, propylene glycol, or glycerine.

Water soluble color cannot be used directly in food or to color fatty substances, such as chocolate.

Advantages: Highly concentrated color, excellent quality-price ratio.
