PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Add rich, expressive color to chocolate and pastry work with Roxy & Rich Purple Fat Dispersible Powder Color. Formulated for oil- and fat-based applications, this concentrated powdered color disperses into chocolate, cocoa butter, buttercream, candy, confectionery coatings, and other fatty preparations. Purple brings an appealing balance of drama and elegance, making it an excellent option for jewel-toned collections, floral designs, fantasy-inspired confections, celebration desserts, and sophisticated molded chocolates. Its distinctive character can feel playful or luxurious depending on the surrounding colors and presentation.

Because the color is added as a powder, it can be incorporated gradually until the desired visual intensity is reached. This gives pastry professionals flexibility when developing customized finishes or working with different bases that may influence the final shade. The matte effect provides bold color without added shimmer, allowing molded detail and decorative texture to remain the focus. Purple also works beautifully within multicolor designs, particularly alongside pink, blue, white, yellow, green, and deeper neutral tones. The dispersion-based formula is useful when adjacent colors need to remain clearly defined rather than blending into one another. From striking bonbon shells to decorative buttercream accents and colorful specialty coatings, Roxy & Rich Purple provides a versatile way to introduce a distinctive, polished color into fat-based pastry work.

Fat dispersible powder coloring is ideal for fatty substances, such as chocolate, and is less aggressive than the water-soluble variety, and coloring through dispersion limits bleeding.
