Roxy & Rich Black Fat Dispersible Powder Color is perfect for for coloring oil-based products, such as chocolate, buttercream, and candy and pastry coatings. Powder color creates intense hues with a matte finish and limits color bleeding when several colors are side by side. Coloring aluminum-based and is achieved through the dispersion of the colored particles in the food.

Advantages: Ideal for fatty substances, such as chocolate; Less aggressive coloring than the water-soluble variety; Coloring through dispersion to limit bleeding.
