Its lively color is ideal for Valentine’s Day assortments, holiday chocolates, romantic themes, dramatic florals, signature bonbons, and designs intended to command attention in gift boxes or pastry displays.

Formulated with fat-dispersible color, Passion Red Cocoa Butter can be airbrushed into polycarbonate molds, hand-painted onto detailed areas, splattered for energetic patterns, or applied directly to finished molded chocolate. Its strong color creates excellent contrast against white and dark chocolate while maintaining a polished appearance across smooth and textured surfaces. Use it with pink for romantic gradients, black for modern drama, gold for classic luxury, or white for a crisp celebratory palette. It also serves as a vibrant highlight alongside deeper wine and burgundy shades.

Gently warm the cocoa butter in short increments to approximately 95°F (35°C), shake well to distribute the color evenly, and retemper if needed before use. Made in Canada, this edible formula is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and lactose-free.
