Callebaut 2815 57.7% Belgian dark couverture chocolate has a rich roasted cocoa body, bitter notes, and hints of vanilla. It has a beautiful warm color and delicate sweetness which pairs great with exotic fruits. The high fluidity makes it exceptional for moulded chocolates, bonbons, and enrobing.
