Cacao Barry Alunga 41% milk chocolate couverture has slight sweetness with a dominant taste of cocoa and milk. Alunga is a "new generation" chocolate with a pure and intense taste of cocoa due to the new Q-fermentation method. Great for items like mousse and ganache.

Origin of beans: Ivory coast, mainly Forastero variety; Q-fermentation program.
Pairing Suggestions: Fleur De Sel, Mango, Passion Fruit, Raspberry, Whisky, Honey, Caramel, Hazelnuts, NescafÃ© instant Espresso coffee.
