Valrhona Satilia 31% white chocolate (1 lb) has a sweet & buttery flavor with smooth and creamy mouth feel. It is an easy-to-use chocolate that is ideal for coating and enrobing but can be used in many other dessert applications as well, including sauces, mousse, ganache, ice cream, and more.

T1 Melting 40/45C  104/113F
T2 Crystallization 26/27C  79/81F
T3 Working 28/29C  82/84F

Ingredients/Composition: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Dietary Notes: Contains dairy; may contain traces of nuts and gluten.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
