Cacao Barry Zephyr 34% white chocolate couverture has slightly sweet, milky flavor with smooth texture and hints of fruit. Its high fluidity and beautiful texture makes it an excellent choice for molding and dipping, with a velvety texture for delicious fillings, ganache, and mousse.
