Crafted exclusively from fine cocoa beans sourced in Madagascar, this 64% dark couverture delivers tangy notes of red and dried fruits with a lively, clean finish that sets it apart in refined pastry and confectionery applications.

With a minimum of 64% cocoa, Manjari offers a balanced structure and excellent workability for professional kitchens. It performs beautifully in enrobing, moulding, chocolate bars, mousse, crémeux, ganache, ice cream, sorbets, and more.
