Tempering: Melting 45C/113F, Tempering 27-28C/81-82F, Working 28-30C/82-86F
Ingredients: Sugar, unsweetened chocolate unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
