Its medium-high fluidity makes it great for many applications, including bonbons, enrobing, bars, pralines, mousse, ice cream, ganache, cream fillings, nougat, cremino, decorations, gelato, and more.

Fluidity: Four drop (medium-high)

Tempering: Melting 45-50C/113-122F, Tempering 27-28C/81-82F, Working 30-32C/86-90F

Ingredients: Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract.
