Irca Chocolate mirror glaze gives beautiful, smooth, even coverage with delicious and rich chocolate flavor. To use, gently heat and pour over your prepared product for a shiny result.
Directions: Warm in microwave oven or in bain-marie at 50-55C, removing only the necessary quantity; stir without incorporating air and pour on the items to be coated. Mirror Chocolate can also be used with good results without heating it on flat surfaces: it should be briefly worked with a spatula before spreading it over the product surface.
