It is a delightful ingredient for filling pastry products, chocolates, truffles, and ice cream. Irca 50% Hazelnut Praline is just perfect for mixing with chocolate to create the filling of your molded pralines, tablets, bars, and bonbons. Incredibly versatile, use this praline to flavor your ice cream, pastry cream, bavarois, mousse, and more.

Storage Recommendations: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C). Stir well before using. Once opened, seal container tight between uses.

Storage & Handling Notice: This hazelnut praline paste is made with 100% pure nuts and no emulsifiers, so natural oil separation and firm settling at the bottom are normal. Before opening, we recommend flipping the sealed pail upside down to help loosen the settled paste. Once opened, mix thoroughly from the bottom until smooth and uniform. This ensures the best texture and performance. This is a normal characteristic of pure nut pastes and not a defect.
