Pastry 1 Snow Sugar (box of 5) insoluble, ultra-fine sugar powder for decorating will not melt in the refrigerator, display case, or freezer. It is great for cookies, eclairs, and cannolis, but can even be used on warm items like crepes, waffles, or doughnuts.

Ingredients: Dextrose, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, coconut), corn starch, flavoring.

Dietary Notes: This product contains traces of tree nuts (coconut). May contain traces of milk and products thereof.

Applications: Dosage at will. Do not use on hot pastry products. Used to decorate tarts, puff pastry, cakes, and more. Ready to use.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); once opened, store in an airtight container.
