Brighten, soften, and fine-tune your color palette with Chefmaster Whitener Liqua-Gel Food Coloring. Specially formulated for water-based decorating mediums, this concentrated whitener can be used to brighten mixtures or transform other liquid food colors into softer pastel hues. It is an especially helpful tool for cake decorators, cookie artists, and pastry professionals who need greater control over color intensity without simply diluting their recipe. Chefmaster Whitener is also more concentrated than the brand's Bright White Liqua-Gel, making it a useful choice for professional and high-volume applications.
In addition to lightening colors, adding a small amount of Chefmaster Whitener to royal icing can help reduce color bleeding, making it especially valuable for detailed cookies and designs where several contrasting shades are placed next to one another. The Liqua-Gel formula can be incorporated into royal icing, buttercream, frosting, fondant, gum paste, and other compatible water-based applications while helping maintain the intended taste, texture, and consistency of the finished product.
Chefmaster Liqua-Gel colors are made in the USA in an SQF-certified manufacturing facility using food-safe ingredients and Good Manufacturing Practices. This formula is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, Kosher certified, and Halal certified. The generous 16 oz size offers an economical option for bakeries, cookie businesses, pastry kitchens, and cake studios that regularly produce pastel, white, or intricately colored designs.
Note: Chefmaster Liqua-Gel cannot be used in chocolate on its own. It must be combined with Chefmaster Candy-Flo prior to applying to chocolate. Direct application of Liqua-Gel to chocolate will cause the chocolate to seize.
