Cacao Noel Cocoa Butter Buttons are made of 100% deodorized cocoa butter and essential for decorative chocolate work. Cocoa butter is the fat obtained by compression of the roasted cocoa bean. It is used to increase fluidity and protect and promote hardening of candies.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.
Ingredients: Deodorized cocoa butter
Applications: To adjust viscosity of any couverture. As a medium for coloring chocolate. Melt with an equal part of couverture and use for spray gun. Also useful with transfer sheets and silkscreening.
Directions: Melt using typical methods.
Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
