PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bakbel Silver Mirror Glaze is a flavorless, transparent glaze that adds a striking silver shine and shimmering finish to your creations. Use on pastries, cakes and desserts such as mousses, cheesecakes and bavarois, where a hot glaze cannot be used. Glaze can be applied with a brush to fresh fruit or spread on cakes using a palette knife.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, citric acid, calcium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, trisodium citrate; mica based pearlescent pigments; carrageenan, pectin, sodium alginate; potassium sorbate.

Dietary notes: Kosher Dairy, Halal, Vegetarian.

Directions: Ready to use product. Can be slightly stirred before use. Low quantity of water (5-10%) and/or color can be added.

Storage Conditions: Keep bucket closed. Store at room temperature 59-68F or 15-20C protected from direct sunlight, humidity and odors.
