PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bakbel Gold Mirror Glaze is a flavorless, transparent glaze that creates a brilliant gold shine with a radiant, shimmering finish. Use on pastries, cakes and desserts such as mousses, cheesecakes and bavarois, where a hot glaze cannot be used. Glaze can be applied with a brush to fresh fruit or spread on cakes using a palette knife.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, vegetable juice (carrot & pumpkin), citric acid, calcium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, trisodium citrate; colors: paprika extract, ammonia caramel, carotene, mica based pearlescent pigments, carrageenan, pectin, sodium alginate, potassium sorbate.

Dietary notes: Kosher Dairy, Halal, Vegetarian.

Directions: Ready to use product. Should be slightly stirred before use. Low quantity of water (5-10%) and/or color can be added.

Storage Conditions: Keep bucket closed. Store at room temperature 59-68F or 15-20C protected from direct sunlight, humidity and odors.
