Ingredients: Shell: Sugar, Almonds, Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Water, Food Coloring Preparation (Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glycerin, Red 40, Red 3, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Blue 1, Yellow 6, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Carrageenan Gum, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid). Filling: Sugar, Raspberry Puree, Dried Apples, Pectin, Citric Acid.

Dietary Notes: Contains nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, and wheat.

Applications: Used as a petit four, pastry buffets, amenities, retail item, or dessert and cake component.

Storage Conditions: Keep frozen until use. After opening, wrap airtight and protect from heat, humidity, and light. Shelf life: refrigerated - 5 days; room temperature - 2 days.

Directions: Put the original packaging in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before tasting.
