Lorann Vegetable Glycerin is food-grade and versatile for a variety of food and non-food applications. Glycerine is used to help retain moisture in foods, keep items soft, and help to prevent sugar crystallization in foods like candy, as well as to add shine and prevent hardening of royal icing. It is also an outstanding moisturizer and skin cleanser suitable for soap and cosmetic applications. Vegetable glycerin is soluble for use in both water and oil products.
