Irca Chocosmart Dark Chocolate ganache creates a smooth, delicious coating for a variety of pastry creations. Irca chocolate ganache gives a beautiful, glossy, even coverage with delicious and rich chocolate flavor. Use this ganache to fill your bonbons, layered cakes, cupcakes, tarts, donuts and more.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.
Ingredients: Vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconuts, palm), sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, nonfat dry milk, whey products, emulsifier soy lecithin, artificial flavors.
Dietary Notes: Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of tree nuts.
Directions: To use, gently heat and pour over your prepared product or you can whip the ganache and pipe it into, or onto, your creations.
For pouring: Heat in water-bath at 32/35°C, mix and pour directly onto the cake that is to be coated.
To flavor the ganache: heat in water-bath at 32/35°C and add flavors; compounds, extracts, etc.
For whipping: Chocosmart is the perfect alternative to common butter creams and allows you to obtain exquisite and velvety creams with dark chocolate taste.
