Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72 F, 20- 22 C)
Ingredients: Unsweetened, spray dried, pasteurized egg whites.
Applications: Meringues, coconut macaroons, and all kinds of egg white mixtures.
Directions: Dissolve 100 g. in 700 g. of water to obtain 800 g. of liquid egg whites (an amount equivalent to the whites of 25 whole eggs). Before use, allow the mixture to stand to be sure that all of the water is completely absorbed.
