Origin of beans: Tanzania; Criollo and Trinitario varieties.
Pairing Suggestions: Pepper, speculoos, basil, black and red currant, raspberry, lime, yuzu, pineapple, coconut, merlot, walnuts, pecans, cocoa nibs, truffle and olive oils, balsamic vinegar, red meat, scallops, porcini mushrooms.
