PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Atelier Sweet 3.14" Round coated tart shells are shelf-stable, made of high-quality ingredients, and sturdy enough to hold heavy fillings. Coated to help hold their crunch, fill with pastry cream, fruit and fruit mixtures, chocolate ganache, frangipane, mousse, and more. These tarts are a great addition to a buffet display or perfect as part of a plated dessert, and you get the benefit of time and cost savings over preparing tart shells from scratch.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg, water, glucose-fructose syrup, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, salt, butter flavor, coating: hydrogenated coconut fat, cocoa butter.

Dietary Notes: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, tree nuts (coconut), egg (manufactured in a facility that processes wheat (gluten), milk, tree nuts, eggs, soy.

Directions: Ready to use. Can be filled and frozen for future use.

Storage Conditions: Keep box closed. Store at room temperature (59-68 F, 15-20 C) protected from direct sunlight, humidity and odors.

However, sometimes the route to you may be more rough than we can control. When calculating the quantity needed, please allow an additional 10% due to possible breakage during shipping.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
