Chefmaster Coal Black Liqua-Gel (10.5 oz) high-quality, professional food color is versatile for a wide range of beautiful colors without altering taste. Liqua-Gel colors were developed for a wide variety of specialty needs and application. The highly-concentrated, vibrant colors mix easily and provide consistent hues without impacting product texture or flavor, making Chefmaster Liqua-Gel the preferred option for gel coloring with many pastry chefs and bakers.

Note: Chefmaster Liqua-Gel cannot be used in chocolate on its own. It must be combined with Chefmaster Candy-Flo prior to applying to chocolate. Direct application of Liqua-Gel to chocolate will cause the chocolate to seize.

Ingredients: Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glycerine, Fd&c Red 40 (E129), Sugar, Fd&c Blue 1 (E133), Modified Food Starch, Fd&c Yellow 5 (E102), Fd&c Blue 2 (E132), Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Carrageenan Gum, Xanthan Gum.

Dietary Notes: Gluten-Free, Vegan-Friendly, Halal, Kosher. Only ingredients generally recognized as safe or approved by the FDA are used; 100% food-safe. Made in a facility that also processes soy and egg products.

Directions: Before using, shake bottle as natural separation may occur. Squeeze one drop of color into product at a time and blend well. Continue to add single drops of color until desired shade is reached. For the best results, you should always add colors directly to other liquid ingredients and then mix together before combining with any solid components in the recipe.
