Irca Biancaneve Snow Sugar (2.2 lb) is moisture-resistant icing sugar for dusting confectionery products like donuts, croissants, cookies, waffles, crepes, and more. Snow sugar will not melt in the refrigerator, display case, or freezer. It is great for cookies, eclairs, and cannolis, but can even be used on warm items like crepes, waffles, or doughnuts.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); once opened, store in an airtight container.

Ingredients: Dextrose, wheat starch, vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut), flavoring - vanillin.
