Give cakes, cookies, pastries, and confections a fresh burst of color with Chefmaster Leaf Green Liqua-Gel Food Coloring. Designed to create a wide range of green-cyan shades within the Foliage Green color family, this versatile shade is perfect for leaves, florals, garden themes, spring desserts, holiday decorations, and nature-inspired designs. From soft leafy greens to brighter, more saturated foliage tones, the concentrated formula lets you add color gradually for greater control and beautifully customized results.
Chefmaster Liqua-Gel colors blend smoothly into buttercream, royal icing, fondant, gum paste, cake batter, frosting, and other decorating mediums. Their concentrated consistency provides vibrant pigmentation without requiring large amounts of added liquid, helping preserve the taste, texture, and consistency of the finished recipe. Leaf Green can also be blended with yellows, blues, browns, and deeper greens to create custom shades such as lime, grass, olive, sage-inspired, and dimensional foliage colors.
Developed for consistent, fade-resistant results, Chefmaster Liqua-Gel is equally at home in professional pastry kitchens and home decorating studios. The product is made in the USA in Chefmaster's SQF-certified facility using food-safe ingredients and Good Manufacturing Practices. It is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, Kosher certified, and Halal certified, while the generous 10.5 oz format is convenient for frequent and high-volume use.
Note: Chefmaster Liqua-Gel cannot be used in chocolate on its own. It must be combined with Chefmaster Candy-Flo prior to applying to chocolate. Direct application of Liqua-Gel to chocolate will cause the chocolate to seize.
