Valrhona Pecan Praline 50% paste is mahogany brown in color with an intense toasted, nutty flavor profile and sweet fruit flavor with a slightly bitter finish. It's perfectly sweet and convenient for cremeux, mousses, ice cream, sauces, and more.

Composition: Pecan nuts 50%, Sugar 49%, Fat 36%

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); once opened, seal container tight between uses.

Directions: Ready to use.

Ingredients: Pecans 50%, sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (soya lecithin).

Dietary Notes: Made in a facility that uses milk. This product may contain egg proteins and gluten.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
