PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Valrhona P125 Guanaja 80% (6.6lb) dark chocolate is less sweet than regular chocolate with an intense cocoa flavor. It is perfect for ice creams and sorbets but also wonderful in mousse and ganache.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.

Dietary Notes: Made in a facility that uses milk. May contain traces of nuts or soy.
