Valrhona Inspiration Passion Fruit couverture combines the tropical, tangy flavor of passion fruit with the unique texture of chocolate. Dehydrated passion fruit juice is combined with cocoa butter, sugar and lecithin to create a completely unique product with all the freshness and intensity of passion fruit in the form of chocolate. Can be used for moulding bonbons and chocolate bars, and is exceptional in mousse, cremeux, ganache, ice creams, and sorbets.
Inspiration is an innovative new couverture line from Valrhona, created entirely with natural ingredients for vibrant colors and flavors.
Composition: 32% Cocoa (min), 66% Sugar, 33% Fat
Pairing Suggestions: Coconut, Lemon, Cilantro, Mint, Star Anise, Vanilla, Nougat, Orange Blossom, Verbena, White Jasmine Tea
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 32.8 %, dried passion fruit juice (sugar, passion fruit) 17.3 %, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Dietary Notes: May contain traces of soy, nuts, and gluten. Made in a facility that uses milk.
Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
