Roxy & Rich Red Oil-Based Gel Color (20 ml) is perfect for coloring fat-based products, such as chocolate, buttercream, and candy and pastry coatings. Gel color creates highly-concentrated, vibrant hues that mix easily for consistent colors without impacting product texture or flavor.

Please note this colorant is intended for use in oil/fat-based mixtures, such as icings, chocolate or candy melts, batter, and ice cream. Do not use in low-fat/oil products like macarons, marshmallows, and meringue.

Ingredients: Glycol triglycerides (E570), sunflower lecithin (E322), FD&C red 40 (E129).
