Irca Nobel white coating chocolate (11lb) provides easy melting and workability with the flavor of creamy, white chocolate without the need of tempering. These buttons have strong flavor and beautiful, white color.

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel RSPO MB, coconut), nonfat dry milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin, artificial flavors.

Dietary Notes: Contains milk and soy. May contain tree nuts. Kosher dairy.

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.

Applications: Glazing of desserts, individual cakes, decoration, and enrobing.

Directions: Melt at 47C/120F and cool to 38C/102F to use.
